Professional Edition features running in “evaluation mode” when using Personal Edition
- The "Convert Document" submenus exist in XMLmind XML Editor Personal Edition but all the menu entries run in “evaluation mode”, that is, they generate output containing random duplicate letters.
- The "File|Import DOCX" menu entry exists in XMLmind XML Editor Personal Edition but the corresponding command runs in “evaluation mode”, that is, it generates output containing random words replaced by string "[XMLmind]").
This setup makes it easy evaluating the Professional Edition features using Personal Edition. However if you just want to use a free, streamlined, fully functional, XML editor, there is a very simple way to remove the "File|Import DOCX" menu entry and the "Convert Document" submenus: simply uncheck the "Evaluate XMLmind XML Editor Professional Edition features" check box and restart XML Editor.
